摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法在七年制医学生精神科临床教学中的效果,为推广PBL教学方法提供理论和实践依据。方法将2014年度104名七年制精神科学生作为观察对象,按照教学方法分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组学生采用PBL+传统教学方法,对两组学生考试成绩及学习效果进行评价。结果两组学生考试成绩未发现统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组学生学习兴趣、自学能力、思维习惯、团队合作能力、与人沟通能力等综合水平提升程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法有利于精神科临床学习中学习兴趣和创造性思维的培养,是一种有效可行的方法。
Objective Explorer the PBL teaching method in clinical teaching of psychiatry in seven-year medical students effect. Methods 104 seven-year medical students as the object of observation, according to the teaching methods divided into observation group and control group.The control group used the traditional teaching method, the observation group of students with PBL+traditional teaching method, evaluation the two groups of students test scores and learning effect.Results The two groups of students test scores did not appear significant difference (P〉0.05); The observation group' s interest in learning, thinking habits, self-learning ability, team cooperation ability, ability to communicate with people as the comprehensive level of ascension is significantly better than the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching method is benefit to the cultivation of interest in learning and creative thinking in clinical study in psychiatry, is an effective and feasible method.
