该院Ⅰ类切口手术预防性使用抗菌药物情况分析

Analysis on the Usage of the Prophylactic Antimicrobials with Type I Incision Operation

目的 了解我院目前Ⅰ类切口手术预防抗菌药物现状,为外科临床合理用药提供参考。方法 随机抽取我院2014年10-12月外科病区中出院的1231例Ⅰ类切口患者预防使用抗菌药物情况,进行合理性使用统计分析。结果 1231例Ⅰ类切口手术中预防使用抗菌药物的有298例,抗菌药物预防使用率24.2%。不合理用药主要表现在预防使用抗菌药物无指征、预防使用抗菌药物品种不适宜、给药疗程和给药时机不适宜等方面。结论 我院外科病区Ⅰ类切口手术预防抗菌药物存在不合理使用的情况,建议医院加强Ⅰ类切口手术预防抗菌药物使用管理,避免过度使用,促进临床合理用药。

Objective To analyze the prophylactic antimicrobials in patients with type I incision operation and provide a rational drug use reference for clinical surgery.Methods Case history of 1231 patients with type I incision operation who discharged from hospital from October to December 2014 were investigated and analyzed. Results 298 cases of 1231 patients used prophylactic antimicrobials, accounted for 24.2%. There existed irrational drug use, such as prophylactic medicine without evidence, unsuitable opportunity and course or unreasonable selection of antimicmbials.Conclusion There are many irrational prophylactic antimicrobial use in our surgical departments; the hospital should establish a rational prophylactic antimicrobial use standard and specification to avoid excessive drug use.
