摘要
目的探讨营养支持与感染控制的相关性,并进行研究。方法将该院从2010年1月—2014年1月期间收治的200例病情严重患者分为两组,对照组100例患者用常规抗生素进行治疗;治疗组100例患者在对照组的基础上采用有针对性的营养支持进行联合治疗,对比两组患者在术后指定时间内的感染以及并发症发生情况。结果治疗组100例患者在手术后的1个月内各感染并发症发生率较对照组明显偏低,两组患者的此方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养支持与感染控制具有一定的相关性。相应的营养支持可以显著降低感染的情况。值得进一步推广使用。
Objective To investigate the correlation between nutrition and infection control, and conduct research. Methods 200 cases in our hospital seriously ill patients from January 2010 admitted to the period of January -2014 divided into two groups, a control group of 100 patients treated with conventional antibiotics;treatment group, 100 patients in the control group basis the use of targeted nutritional support combination therapy,compared two groups of patients with infection and complications within a specified time after 100 patients were treated within a month after surgery, the incidence of various infectious complications is significantly lower than the control group,difference between the two groups in this regard was statistically significant. Conclusion The nutritional support and infection control has a certain relevance. Appropriate nutritional support can significantly reduce cases of infection.Worth further promote the use.
