120例内分泌科患者管理中实施持续护理质量改进的效果分析

Continue to Improve Nursing Quality of 120 Patients in Endocrinology Management of Practical Application Analysis

目的讨论在内分泌科患者管理中实施持续护理质量改进效果的分析。方法把2011—2013年间在该院内分泌科住院治疗的120例患者分成两组,其中给对照组的60例患者普通的护理,给另外60例观察组的患者在普通护理的同时能够进行持续护理质量改进的工作,然后对观察组和对照组患者的满意程度进行调查。结果分析对照组和观察组患者护理情况,发现观察组患者的满意度明显高于对照组的患者,为100%满意,而对照组患者的满意度为81.7%,两组患者的满意度数据存在的差距较为显著。结论在内分泌科的临床治疗中,对患者进行持续护理质量改进取得了很好的成效,使患者的满意度取得了极大的提升,这种方法应在内分泌科患者的管理中广泛的进行推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing quality improvement in the management of Department of Endocrinology.Methods In our hospital from 2009 January to 2009 December in Department of Endocrinology, 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, conventional nursing was administered to 30 patients in the control group and the observation group 30 patients with the implementation of continuous quality improvement in nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing, nursing satisfaction of patients was observed in two groups. Results The analysis of nursing was compared between two groups of patients, in the observation group, patients＇ satisfaction with nursing care was 100%, in the control group,patients＇ satisfaction with nursing care 83.3%, patients＇ satisfaction to nursing care of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, comparing two groups of data had significant differences statistically.Conclusion In clinical practice, the application has a good effect for improving the quality of care in the department of Endocrinology management, effectively improving the patients＇ satisfaction to nursing care, worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
