摘要
目的重点探索柔性管理理论应用于急诊护理管理的可行性和有效性。方法2014年7—12日期间,该院急诊科已经应用柔性管理理论,选择该院的20名护理人员作为观察组,2014年1—6月期间,该院急诊科尚未应用柔性管理理论,选择该院的20名护理人员作为对照组,对比两组护理人员的护理效果。结果对照组护理人员的急诊护理技能、护理积极性、自我满意度评分明显比观察组低,观察组的护理质量明显比对照组高。两组护理人员的护理质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的满意度较低,仅可达到77.50%o观察组的满意度较高,高达97.50%。对照组的患者满意度远不如观察组。两组护理人员的患者的满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柔性管理理论应用于急诊护理管理切实可行,不仅调动了护理人员的积极性,提高了护理人员的护理质量,还获得了患者的好评,值得在急诊护理管理中应用。
Objective To explore the flexible management theory to focus on emergency care and management of the feasibility and effectiveness. Methods In early July2014 to December 2014 at the end of the period,our hospital emergency department flexible management theory has been applied to select the 20 nurses in our hospital as the observation group,beginning in late February2014 to June 2014 period,I have not applied the hospital emergency department flexible management theory,the choice of 20 nurses in our hospital as the control group,compared to the effect of the two groups of nursing care.Results The group of nurses in emergency nursing skills,nursing motivation,self-satisfaction scores were significantly lower than in the observation group,the quality of care in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.Quality of care nursing groups were significantly different (P〈0.05). Lower satisfaction with the control group,only up to 77.50%.Higher satisfaction with the observation group,up 97.50 percent.Satisfaction is far better than the control group of patients in the observation group.Satisfaction of the two groups of patients were significantly different earegiver(P〈0.05).Conelusion flexible management theory to practical emergency care management,not only to mobilize the enthusiasm of the nursing staff, improve the quality of care nurses,patients also received praise,worthy of application in emergency nursing management.
