摘要
随着经济社会的进步,患者对护理的要求也越来越高,而护理行业作为近些年才逐渐兴起的一个热门专业,护理工作方面的考核,正在不断探索,而百分制考核模式无疑是现阶段护理工作方面管理的最佳方式。该研究就百分制考核在护理管理中的作用进行了简要的分析,并就此提出了促进护理管理工作的相关措施,为护理工作服务,对提高护理管理的水平具有重要的意义。
With the economic and social progress, the patient is becoming more and more high to the requirement of nursing, and nursing as just a popular major emerging in recent years, nursing assessment, are continuously explore, and centesimal system assessment model is definitely the best way to present nursing work. In this paper, the role of centesimal system evaluation in nursing management is briefly analyzed, and put forward the relevant measures to improve the nursing management, nursing service.
