胫腓骨闭合性骨折早期肿胀的临床护理管理措施探析

Clinical Nursing Management Measures Analysis of Closed Tibia and Fibula Fractures Early Swelling

目的对胫腓骨闭合性骨折早期肿胀的临床护理管理措施进行分析和探讨。方法选择2012年3月—2013年4月该院90例胫腓骨闭合性骨折早期肿胀患者作为该研究的对象,随机将其分成实验组和对照组,每组各45例,对照组患者采取常规的护理模式进行护理,实验组患者在常规护理的基础上优化临床护理管理措施。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率和护理满意度分别为93.33%和95.55%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率和护理满意度分别为68.88%和77.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础上优化临床护理管理措施,能有效提高胫腓骨闭合性骨折早期肿胀患者的治疗效率和护理满意度,改善患者的临床症状,值得在临床实践过程中大力推广和借鉴。

Objective Analysis and discussion of clinical nursing management measures closed tibia and fibula fractures early swelling.Methods 2012 March to 2103 April in our hospital 90 cases of closed fracture of tibia and fibula with early swelling as the research object, randomly divided into the experimental group and control group,45 cases in each group, patients in the control group take routine nursing model of care,patients in the experimental group adopt nursing mode careful nursing.Results in the treatment of patients in the experimental group the total efficiency and nursing satisfaction were 93.33% and 95.55%,the control of patients in the treatment group the total efficiency and nursing satisfaction were 68.88% and 77.77%, （P〈0.05）, the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion the closed tibia and fibula fracture care early swelling patients to take,can effectively improve the patient＇ s treatment efficiency,improve the patient＇ s clinical symptoms,patients＇ satisfaction to nursing care,it is worth popularizing and using for reference in clinical practice.
