柔性化管理应用于护理质量管理的效果探讨

目的分析在护理质量管理中应用柔性化管理后的临床效果。方法转变护理质量管理理念,在培训一级质量的控制人员、制定护理质量的标准、反馈护理的质量检查结果等方面,融入柔性化管理模式,让全院的护理质量应用柔性化管理。对护理质量的各项指标和综合满意度进行评价。结果经过柔性化管理之后,护理质量除一级、特级护理和核心制度的提问这二项指标外的各项指标均比没实施前有显著差异(P<0.05);护理的综合满意度也比未实施前提高(P<0.05)。结论在现代化的护理质量管理中实施柔性化管理模式,在新形势下更能满足患者的需求,更新护理服务的内涵,提高护理质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the application of flexible management in nursing quality management after. Methods The change of nursing quality management concept, control personnel training, in a level of quality nursing quality, nursing quality check standard feedback result ete, into the flexible management mode, make the quality of nursing hospital adopt flexible management. Each index and the comprehensive satisfaction evaluation of nursing quality.Results The implementation of flexible management, the indicators of the two indicators of quality of nursing in addition to questioning level, special nursing care and the core system and abroad than not implemented before there is a significant differenee（P〈O.O5）; overall satisfaction of nursing than before was not being carried out to improve（P〈O.05）.Conclusion The implementation of flexible management model in nursing quality management modernization, can in the new situation to meet the needs of patients, the connotation of update of nursing service, improve the quality of nursing.
