高血压属于常见性、多发性心血管疾病,尤其是社区人群高发率较高,建立社区高血压健康档案,可全面动态掌握患者病情、发展过程,为有效实施管理提供依据。近些年来,社区卫生服务日益发展,健康档案覆盖率逐渐拓展,然而服务质量很难保证。主要因为社区服务人员减少,且工作较为复杂,建档工作配套较为落后。同时,居民不配合、不理解,对建档工作也造成严重后果。所以,怎样提升居民参与率,是社区健康档案发展的重要研究课题。

Hypertension is a common, multiple cardiovascular diseases, especially communitypopulation of high incidence rate is higher, the establishment of community hypertension health archives, can fully grasp the dynamics of the patient＇s condition, development process,and provide the basis for the effective implementation of management. In recent years, the increasing development of community health service, health file coverage expanding gradually, however, it is difficult to guarantee the quality of service. Mainly because Communityservice personnel is reduced, and the work is complicated, the documentation work supportingbackward. At the same time, residents do not fit, do not understand, for filing work also caused serious. So, how to enhance the residents＇ participation rate, is an important research topic inthe development of community health archives.
