摘要
在散打实战中,技术方法灵活多变,这就要求散打运动员不仅具备敏锐的头脑和顽强拼搏的意志而且还应有良好的运动技能和力量素质,其中,力量素质是散打运动的基础。在散打拳法中,右手直拳是攻击效果最好、作用最大的拳法,如果右手直拳有很大的击打力量,将在散打比赛中占据不可动摇的地位。该文采用文献资料法、观察逻辑分析法、实验法等研究方法。找出后手直拳力量训练手段中力量耐力、速度力量和最大力量的影响因素与训练方法,从而寻求出合理有效的训练方法与手段。

Reasonable effective means to keep boxing strength training for the cause of barbell bleep curl,bench press barbell,high load--bearing body movements,barbell,weight--bearing squat, horizontal pushing,small dumbbell fist,lifting weights,pimping punches leg,dumbbell weight plate,and air,squat jump strike etc.
