丹皮酚微海绵软膏治疗湿疹药理作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究丹皮酚微海绵软膏对大鼠背部湿疹的治疗作用。方法:采用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)将大鼠背部先致敏后多次激发,建立大鼠背部湿疹模型,观察丹皮酚微海绵软膏对湿疹模型炎症程度及炎症细胞数量的影响。结果:丹皮酚微海绵软膏能够减轻大鼠皮肤炎症反应,减少炎性细胞数量。结论:丹皮酚微海绵软膏对湿疹有一定的治疗作用。 Objective : To study the therapeutic effect of paeonol microsponge cream on the dorsum eczema of rats. Methods : The eczema in dorsum of rats was induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene, and the effect of paeonol mierosponge cream on the inflammation degree and the total number of inflammation cells in rats skin was also observed. Results : Paeonol microsponge cream could reduce inflammation reaction and decrease inflammatory cells of rats skin. Conclusion : Paeonol microsponge cream could play a very good role in the treatment of eczema.
