骨性关节炎软骨细胞凋亡及其中医药治疗研究进展

Progress of Chondrocyte Apoptosis in Osteoarthritis and Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy

骨性关节炎是一种以关节软骨退行性病变和关节周围骨质增生为病理特征的慢性退行性疾病。研究表明,软骨细胞凋亡在骨性关节炎发生发展中起到关键性作用,有望成为骨关节炎治疗的潜在靶点。该文就骨关节炎中软骨细胞凋亡相关的三条信号通路及针对上述信号通路中关键分子的中医药治疗作简要综述,为骨关节炎的中医药防治提供理论依据。

Osteoarthritis is a kind of chronic degenerative disease with a pathological feature of articular cartilage degeneration and bone hyperplasia around the arthrosis. Studies have demonstrated that chondrocyte apoptosis plays a critical role in the pathology occurrence and progress of osteoarthritis, making it a potential target for the treatment of osteoarthritis, This paper reviewed the chondrocyte apoptosis-related three signal transduction pathways and therapies of osteoarthritis using traditional Chinese medicine which targets the osteoarthritis-related apoptosis molecules, providing a theoretical basis for the prevention and cure of osteoarthritis.
