针灸等传统治疗方法对强直性脊柱炎治疗机理及效果研究

Research of Impact of Acupuncture in Traditional Treatment Methods on the Mechanism of Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis and Clinical Effect

强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)作为一种难于完全治愈的慢性疾病,长期服药副作用大,费用较高。针灸等传统治疗方法在缓解症状、改善患者生活质量上有较明显的优势,其副作用小、见效快、费用低,容易被患者接受并且长期治疗依从性好。作者通过对针刺、艾灸、针刀、刺络放血等传统治疗方法、治疗机理和临床疗效的研究,认为针灸等传统疗法虽然治疗机制尚不完全清楚,临床试验有待深入,但是从众多的临床研究数据可以看出,相较单纯药物治疗其仍有明显的优势,随着相关研究的逐步开展和深入,针灸等传统治疗方法在治疗强直性脊柱炎方面将发挥更积极的作用。

Ankylosing spondylitis （ AS ） is a chronic disease which is a long-term medication side effects, higher cost is difficult to cure completely. It has obvious advantages on the improving quality of life of the patients, the little side effect, fast effect, low cost, easily accepted by the patients and long term treatment with good compliance by the acupuncture treatment in traditional methods. Although the mechanism is not entirely clear and clinical trials need to be further trials, acupuncture in traditional treatment methods is still obvious advantage from numerous clinical studies by studying clinical effect and traditional treatment methods of acupuncture, moxibustion, needle knife and blood-letting puncture. With the gradual development and studies the acupuncture in traditional treatments methods will play a more active role in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.
