清热活血方对PCI术后患者对比剂相关肾功能损伤干预作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨清热活血方对冠心病PCI术后患者对比剂相关肾功能损伤的干预作用。方法:入选120例拟行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的患者,并将其分为治疗组(清热活血方组)60例及对照组(非清热活血方组)60例,比较两组患者术前的基线资料;术后的肾功能指标、炎症指标、临床疗效、CIN发生率及其他的院内临床事件。结果:清热活血方组较对照组可明显降低PCI术后的血肌酐、胱抑素C、hs-CRP及尿β2微球蛋白水平。结论:经皮冠状动脉介入治疗所使用的对比剂对患者肾功能有一定损伤作用,考虑与炎症机制相关,同时经清热活血方治疗组患者的肾功恢复和临床症状改善更明显,考虑其机制可能是清热活血方通过改善炎症反应减轻对比剂引起的相关肾功能损伤,具有一定肾脏保护作用。 Objective : To explorer heat-clearing and blood-activating recipe make the intervention effect on patients who suffer the renal damage from contrast agent after percutaneous coronary intervention operation. Methods: In 60 patients underwent percutaneous coronary artery intervention treatment, it can be divided into the treatment group ( heat-clearing and blood-activating recipe group ) and control group ( not heat-clearing and blood-activating recipe group ), the comparison between the two groups of patients with baseline data, treatment effect, renal function indices, inflammatory biomarkers, the incidence of CIN and hospital clinical events. Results : 60 patients in this case, the comparative result between two groups show that, the group which continue using the recipe of clearing heat and invigorate the circulation of blood before and after the PCI operation can decrease the level of serum ereatinine, urinary [3 2 micro-globulin, and eystatin c. Conclusions : Percutaneous coronary intervention cause injury to a certain extent in kidney, which has a certain correlation with inflammation marker hs-CRP, recovery of renal function and clinical effect show more obviously after use the recipe of clearing heat and invigorate the circulation of blood, which can reduce the injury caused by contrast medium in kidney to a certain extent.
