不同推拿方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Efficacy of Different Massage Therapy in Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的:观察腰椎斜扳位在推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的应用价值。方法:100例腰椎间盘突出症病人随机分成观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组给予常规松解手法的推拿方法治疗,对照组在观察组推拿方法基础上加用腰椎斜扳位。结果:两组临床疗效比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:临床上应用推拿疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症时,手法的重点应放在如何发挥手法的化学效应上;如无合并可能存在的腰椎小关节紊乱与滑膜嵌顿等情形,则无需使用腰椎复位手法。

Objective： To appraises the application value of oblique-pulling massage in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion （ LIDP ）. Methods ： 100 cases of LIDP were randomly divided into an experimental group of 50 cases and a control group of 50 cases, and treated by conventional relaxation chiropractic combined with oblique-pulllng massage and simple conventional relaxation chiropractic respectively. The clinical therapeutic effect were observed. Results ： There were no significant differences in effectiveness between twogroups （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion ： In clinic application of massage therapy in treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, the manipulative therapy should focus on how to get that manipulative therapy effect.If the patient do not suffering from a disorder of lumbar vertebra and synovial incarceration of lumbar except lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, we do not need to use the manipulative therapy.
