补肺中药汤应用于支气管哮喘治疗疗效探究

Exploration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction for Tonifying Lung in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的:探讨补肺中药汤治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将我院收治的90例支气管哮喘患者平均分为两组,对照组采用西药治疗,实验组在此基础上加用补肺中药汤。结果:观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),肺功能指标(FEV1、FVC、PEF、FEV1/FVC)、免疫功能指标(Ig E、CD4+、CD8+)和SGRQ评分(呼吸症状、活动受限、疾病影响)明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:补肺中药汤是一个效果上佳的治疗支气管哮喘的辅助药剂。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction for tonifying lung in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods ： 90 patients with bronchial asthma were divided two groups, control group was cured with western medicine, experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction for tonifying lung on the base of control group. Results ： The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than control group （ P〈0.01 ）, the lung function （ FEV1, FVC, PEF, FEVI/FVC ）, immunologic function （ IgE, CD4＋, CD8＋ ）and SGRQ score （ respiratory symptoms, activity limitations, disease effects ） of experimental group were significantly better than control group （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Traditional Chinese medicine decoction for tonifying lung have excellent effects in the adjuvant treatment of bronchial asthma.
