腰痛方足药浴辅助治疗肾小球肾炎临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Glomerulonephritis Lumbago Square Foot Dipping Adjuvant Therapy

目的：探究腰痛方足药浴对肾小球肾炎患者的辅助治疗效果。方法：选取我院肾脏病科收治并确诊为肾小球肾炎的患者80例,采用随机数字表分为两组。对照组40例,采用一般内科治疗（包括舒血宁注射液15-20 mL/d,静脉点滴;ARB类、双嘧达莫片、他汀类、PPI口服）,2周为1个疗程;实验组40例,在一般内科治疗的基础上,每日进行一次腰痛方（组方包括桂枝15 g,白芷15 g,川芎15 g,红花15 g,花椒10 g,艾叶10 g,续断20 g,威灵仙15 g,透骨草15 g）足药浴熏蒸,2周为1个疗程。治疗2个疗程后,比较两组患者外踝上15 cm小腿指压痕变化、尿常规（包括蛋白尿、血尿、管型尿及比重）、中医症状（包括腰膝酸软、困乏无力以及腹大胀满）等。结果：①两组患者治疗前后外踝上15 cm小腿指压痕变化情况比较：治疗后,两组患者小腿指压痕均有所减轻,且实验组（-）显著优于对照组（＋）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;②两组患者治疗前后尿常规情况比较：治疗后,两组患者尿常规中的蛋白尿、镜下红细胞数、管型尿以及比重均有所改善,治疗后尿中蛋白含量实验组（-）显著小于对照组（＋）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后尿比重,实验组（1.021）显著优于对照组（1.010）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;③两组患者治疗前后中医症状变化情况比较：治疗后,两组患者腰膝酸软、困乏无力、腹大胀满等中医症状均有所改善,且实验组（92%）总有效率显著高于对照组（70%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：一般内科治疗配合腰痛方足药浴,可有效消除肾小球肾炎患者小腿的水肿、降低尿中蛋白、比重、改善腰膝酸软、困乏无力、腹大胀满等中医症状,是治疗肾小球肾炎的优质辅助措施,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective ： To explore the-lumbago square foot dipping glomerular nephritis patients with adjuvant therapy. Methods ： The subjects admitted to hospital and diagnosed with kidney disease in patients with glomerulonephritis,80 cases were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 40 patients, the use of general medical treatment （ including Shuxuening Injection 15-20 mL/d, intravenously; ARB class, dipyridamole tablets, statins, PPI orally, every two, twice daily ） 4 weeks for a course ; Experimental group of 40 patients, on the basis of general medical treatment on a daily basis lumbago parties （ including prescription gui 15 g, angelica 15 g, ehuanxiong 15 g, safflower 15 g, pepper 10 g, leaves 10 g, teasel 20 g, clematis 15 g, speranskia 15 g ）foot dipping fumigation, four weeks for a course. After two courses of treatment, the two groups were compared 15 cm leg lateral finger indentation changes, urine （ including proteinuria, hematuria, urinary tube and weightings ）, clinical symptoms （ including lumbar debility, sleepy big weakness and abdominal distension ） and the like. Results ： （1） On before and after treatment lateral leg 15 cm comparison refers to changes in indentation： After treatment, both groups of patients indentation leg means mitigated, and the experimental group （-）was significantly better than the control group （＋）, the difference was statistically significance （ P〈0.05 ）; （2） two groups of patients before and after treatment of urine compared to the situation ： After treatment, both groups of patients urine proteinuria, microscopic red blood cell count, urinary tube, and the proportion has improved after treatment of urinary protein content in the experimental group （ - ）was significantly lower than the control group （ ＋ ）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; specific gravity after treatment, the experimental group （ 1.021 ）was significantly better than the control group （ 1.010 ）, the difference was statistically significance （ P〈0.05 ）; （~ two groups of patients before clinical symptoms change compared to the situation： After treatment, patients were lumbar debility, drowsiness, weakness, clinical symptoms such as abdominal distension were big improvement, and the experimental group （ 92% ）was significantly higher than the total efficiency in the control group （ 70% ）, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： The general medical treatment of low back pain with dipping square foot, which can effectively eliminate leg edema in patients with glomerulonephritis, reduce urinary protein, specific gravity, improving lumbar debility, drowsiness, weakness, abdominal distension and other large clinical symptoms, the treatment of kidney supplementary measures of quality hall nephritis, worthy of wider application.
