Syndrome Differentiation Nursing and Health Education of Diabetes

消渴是以多饮、多食、多尿、乏力、消瘦,或尿有甜味为主要临床表现的一种病证。简称"三多一少"。护理人员要根据病人的不同证型而采取相应的辨证施护,注意情志、饮食、药物、皮肤的整体护理,避免以偏概全,同时也要注意低血糖、酮症酸中毒的症状与及时处理,使患者掌握一些该病的基础知识,能够应对突发事件,延缓并发症的发生,提高护理效果。

Diabetes is a kind of disease characterized by the clinical syndrome manifestations which are polyphagia, polyuria, fatigue, weight loss, or the sweet taste of urine. Nursing staff should take corresponding syndrome differentiation nursing according to different type of patients＇ syndrome, paying attention to emovion, diet, drugs, skin nursing, hypoglycemia, symptoms of ketoacidosis and the corresponding treatment, avoiding overgeneralization.Nursing staff should make the patients master basic knowledge of the disease which can help the patients able to deal with emergencies, delay the occurrence of complications and improve the nursing effect.
