摘要
目的总结该院岗位设置以及分级聘用的具体做法和成效,对实施中存在的问题进行分析,提出解决问题的初步意见和建议。方法采用成立小组、按需设岗、广泛宣传、岗位分析和调查、制定岗位聘用方案等方法。结果该院岗位设置及分级聘用制度有利于人才的培养、提高了科研水平、深化了人事制度改革。结论该院通过实施医院岗位设置及分级聘用制度,有效的激发了职工的积极性,也有效避免了医院人才队伍的流失,推动了医院各项工作的稳定发展。
Objective To summarize my hospital job settings and specific practices employed grading and effectiveness of the im- plementation problems in the analysis, preliminary observations and recommendations to solve the problem. Methods The estab- lishment of the group, on-demand Shegang wide publicity, job analysis and investigation, developing post employment programs and other methods. Results The hospital setting and job classification system of employment in favor of training, to improve the level of scientific research, deepen the reform of the personnel system. Conclusion Through the implementation of hospital jobs in our hospital setting and grading hiring system, effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of employees, but also effectively prevent the loss of the hospital personnel, and promote the stable development of the hosr∽ital of the work.
