辽宁省辽阳市宏伟区2006—2013年手足口病流行病学分析

2006—2013 Epidemiology Analysis on Hand-foot-mouth disease in Hongwei District,Liaoyang

目的 分析辽阳市宏伟区2006-2013年手足口病流行特征,为制定和完善手足口病防治策略和措施提供参考依据.方法 采用EPIDATA3.0软件进行数据录入,运用SPSS统计软件对辽宁省辽阳市宏伟区2006-2013年的传染病疫情资料进行流行病学分析.结果 2006-2013年宏伟区手足口病在5街2乡均有发生,以曙光乡为最多.2∽12月均有发病,发病高峰集中在6～9月.年龄主要集中在1～5岁人群,尤以2～3岁发病最多.男女发病比例为1.6∶1,以散居儿童为主.结论 辽阳市宏伟区手足口病管理与监测的重点人群为儿童.

Objective To analyze epidemiological characteristics of Hand-foot-mouth disease in Hongwei District of Liaoyang city and to provide reference evidence for decision and perfection of Hand foot-mouth disease prevention strategies and measures. Methods for data input using EPIDATA3.0 software, the use of SPSS statistical software epidemiological analysis on Hongwei District of Liaoyang City, Liaoning province 2006---2013 epidemic data.Result 2006--2013 Hongwei District of Hand-foot-mouth disease in 5 Street 2 townships have occurred, with Shuguang village is the most. The incidence of cases occurred between Febru- ary and December,mainly between July and September. The age mainly concentrated in the 1-5 years old group, especially in 2- 3 years the highest incidence. The ratio of cases between male and female is 1.6：1. The occupations of cases were mainly scattered children. Conclusion The pulmonary tuberculosis management and monitor targets aim to children.
