离子色谱法同时测定饮用水中7种无机阴离子 被引量:5

摘要 采用ICS-5000型离子色谱仪同时测定饮用水中7种无机阴离子(F^-,BrO_3^-,CL^-,NO_2^-,Br,NO_3^-,SO_4^(2-))。仪器配有淋洗液自动发生装置、电导检测器、抑制器(ASRS-4mm)及Chrameleon 6.80中文版色谱工作站,用DIONEX IonPac AS11-HC型(4mm×250 mm)分析柱,IonPac AG11-HC型(4 mm×50 mm)保护柱进行分析。结果表明,在一定的质量浓度范围内各待测物线性关系良好(R^2>0.999 1),检出限为0.002 2[0.008 3 mg/L,采用低、中、高3个质量浓度加标回收,回收率在95.7%□109.5%。此法具有干扰小、灵敏度高、结果准确、操作简便等优点,适合对饮用水中7种无机阴离子的同时检测分析。 An ion chromatographic method for the determination of seven inorganic anions (F^-, BrO3^-, CL^-, NO2^-, Br^-, NO3^-, SO4^2-) are established. The instrument is equipped with eluent generator automatically, conductivity detector, suppressor (ASRS-4mm) and the Chinese version of chromatography work station Chromeleon 6.80. We use DIONEX IonPac AS11-HC (4 mm ×250 mm) analytical column and IonPac AG11-HC (4 mm ×50 mm) protective column to analyze our samples. The results displayed within a certain concentration range, all the analytes show good linear relationships (R^2〉0.999 1) , the low detection limit is 0.002 2-0.008 3 mg/L, and the recoveries ranged between 95.7% to 109.5% with high, medium and low concentrations added. The method is proved to be low interference, high sensitivity, accurate result and simply, and suitable for detection of seven inorganic anions in drinking water at the same time.
