论述沙果果实的研究现状及将来的研究趋势、沙果果实深加工工艺的研究、沙果果实及沙果树的田间管理等,并提出我国着力研究沙果果实加工和贮藏特性的建议,从而为充分利用丰富的沙果资源、形成规模化的龙头生产企业、提高沙果的经济附加值提供理论依据。

This article comprehensively discusses the research present situation and the future research trend of Chinese pear-leaved crab-apple fruits, including the Chinese pear-leaved crab-apple fruit deep processing technology research, Chinese pear-leaved crab-apple fruit and fruit trees of the field management of sand. On this basis, this paper points out that our country should focus on studying the characteristics of Chinese pear-leaved crab-apple fruit processing and storage, makes full use of the rich resources of Chinese pear-leaved crab-apple, form large-scale production of leading enterprises, to improve Chinese pear-leaved crab-apple economic added value.
