专业技能型新型职业农民培训的意愿及影响因素研究——以黑龙江农场农户数据为例

Factors of the New Professional Farmers Cultivate the Willingness and Influence of Professional Skills:Taking Heilongjiang Farm Household Data as an Example

利用黑龙江省农场规模以上的专业技能型农民问卷调查的数据,实证分析专业技能型农民参加培训的意愿及其影响因素。结果表明,愿意参加农民培训的农民高于不愿意参加农民培训的农民数量;且农民的年龄、教育程度、是否参加过培训、农业技术掌握程度及家庭收入等因素对农民参加新型职业农民培训的意愿具有显著性影响。
