摘要
分析酒精在人体内的代谢特点及解酒机理,阐述目前国内常见的天然解酒饮品的研究现状,以期为日后解酒饮品的研究开发提供参考。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of alcohol metabolism and its mechanism in the body, the current research situation of domestic common natural hangover drinks are also discussed, in order to provide certain foundation for the future development of anti-alcoholism beverage.
