双语教学与高素质创新人才培养——以“食品免疫学”为例

摘要 双语教学已成为我国教育改革的新趋势,也是我国国情、各省省情以及各校校情发展的需要。特别是专业课程的双语教学是培养既精通专业知识又懂外语的高素质创新人才的必要途径。"食品免疫学"课程很特殊,既具有免疫学的前沿性,又体现了食品工业的飞速发展,实施高效双语教学,不仅可以提高课堂教学效果,实现专业水平和英语能力的同步提高,还可使学生获得课后和校后高水平的继续学习能力,是高素质创新人才培养的有效途径。 Bilingual teaching has become a new tendency of education reform in China. It is also the developmental needs of the current national, provincial and university situation. Bilingual teaching of college major courses is an essential approach for the cultivation of high-quality talents who knows both specialized knowledge and English. The course "Food Immunology" is so special because it is not only an cutting-edge but also a fast-growing field. Bilingual teaching of this course has so many advantages: enhancing the effect of class teaching, simultaneous improving of the professional level and English level, acquiring of self-learning ability after class or postgraduate, therefore it's an effective way to cultivate high-quality innovative talents.
