山羊的胎盘性状与繁殖性能的相关分析 被引量:3

Correlation analysis of placental traits and reproductive performance in goats

摘要 以149只繁殖母羊为研究对象,通过对其繁殖性能和胎盘性状的相关性进行分析,结果显示:山羊繁殖性能(窝产羔数、出生窝重)与子叶密度呈中度负相关(r=-0.541,r=-0.529),与胎盘重、子叶重、子叶均重呈中度或高度正相关(r=0.881,r=0.916;r=0.852,r=0.864;r=0.612,r=0.687).胎盘效率与子叶重呈中度正相关(r=0.587).经产母羊组在胎盘重、子叶重、子叶均重方面,均显著或极显著高于初产母羊组(p<0.05或p<0.01),但在子叶密度方面极显著的低于初产组(p<0.01).不同产羔类型组别间的胎盘子叶密度随窝产羔数的增加而降低,差异显著或极显著(p<0.05或p<0.01).表明山羊的繁殖性能与胎盘重、子叶重呈高度正相关,与子叶密度呈中度负相关;随着母羊窝产羔数的增加,胎盘效率呈逐渐增加的趋势,而子叶密度呈逐渐降低的趋势. A total of 149 reproductive does were used in the research to analyze the relationship between placental traits and re- productive performance. The result showed that reproductive performance ( litter size, litter weight) was moderately negatively correlated with the cotyledons density ( r = -0. 541, r = -0. 529 ), moderately or highly correlated with placental weight ( r = 0. 881, r = 0. 916 ), cotyledons weight ( r = 0. 852, r = 0. 864 ) and average weight of cotyledons ( r = 0. 612, r = 0. 687 ). Placental efficiency was moderately correlated with cotyledons weight( r = 0. 578 ). Multiparous does had more placental weight, cotyledons weight and average weight of cotyledons than those of the first parity does (p 〈 0.05 or p 〈 0. 01 ), but had less cotyledons densi- ty than that of the first parity does (p 〈 0. 01 ). The effects of litter size to placental traits was clearly (p 〈 0. 05 or p 〈 0. 01 ). Placental weight, cotyledon weight and average cotyledon weight became increasing as litter size increased, and cotyledon density became declining.
