让学生课前观看教学微视频是"翻转课堂"教学法得以顺利实施的关键环节."翻转课堂"课前任务必须完成知识传授的特点和学习者惯常采用的学习方式,共同决定了其学习资源建设应该以微型化、视频化为目标,以满足学习者利用零散的时间进行自定步调的个性化学习.以制作"画中画"式教学微视频为实例,从资源准备、目标设计、内容呈现和技术实现等多个维度进行阐述,系统论述了翻转课堂教学微视频设计与制作的原则与要点,为针对微视频进行有效学习提出了可操作方法.

It is the key link for＂ flipped classroom＂ to the smooth implementation of the method of teaching that the students watch the Micro-video-based learning resources before class. The task before ＂flipped classroom＂ must accomplish the characteristics of imparting knowledge and it is the usual way of learning for learner,which co-determines the learning resources con- struction to be minimized and videoed as the goal. They meet the needs of the learner using the fragmented time for personalized learning in self-paced. To make＂ picture in picture＂ micro-video-based learning resources as an example, the multiple dimensions of resource preparation, target design, content presentation and technical implementation are analyzed systematically to discuss the principle and key points of design and fabrication of micro-video-based learning resources, and to put forward the operable method for effective learning for the micro video.
