摘要
针对工业现场测控任务越来越复杂,信息交换量越来越大,通信速率也要求越来越高的特点,提出了一种基于SOPC为核心器件的以太网通信系统设计方案.该方案使用了DM9000A控制器件和EP3C40可编程芯片,在QuartusⅡ开发环境下通过VHDL编程设计、编译实现了NiosⅡCPU等相关功能模块,对系统的软、硬件设计进行了介绍.经测试,系统实现了工业现场设备状态的实时高效数据通信,达到了远程测控目的,具有集成度高、可定制、可编程性、高速率及低成本等特点.
In this paper, it proposed a Ethernet communication system based on SOPC as the core device design scheme,which used the DM9000A control devices and EP3C40 programmable chip. Using VHDL programming design in the Quartus 11 development environment, the Nios I1 CPU and other related functional modules were compilied. The system hardware and software design was introduced in detail. By testing, the system realized the real-time and efficient data communication and the remote measurement & control in the industrial site. The system had extensive application value with programmability, high speed and low cost. characteristics as highly integration, customizable, programmability, high speed and low cost.
