摘要
在总结互联网思维和全面质量管理理论的基础上,搭建了基于质量管理信息平台和沟通协同平台的中国移动采购产品"双平台驱动"闭环管控质量模型,从用户思维、平台思维、大数据思维和创新思维等角度提出了模型应用的具体策略。
Internet thinking and total quality management theory were summarized. The closed-loop management and control quality model of China Mobile product procurement based on quality management information and coordination plattbnns was established. From the perspectives of user thinking, platform thinking, big-data and innovations, the detailed strategy of the model' s applications was presented.
