香根草和风车草对重金属镉胁迫的生理生化反应研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过水培试验研究了不同质量浓度的重金属镉(0、10、30、40、50、60 mg/L)胁迫对2种植物体内丙二醛、脯氨酸、镉的含量以及细胞膜的透性变化的影响,探讨了镉胁迫下香根草和风车草对镉的生理生化响应和耐受能力,为应用香根草修复含镉土壤提供依据。研究结果表明,在镉胁迫下香根草植物叶片的丙二醛含量和膜透性增加。镉质量浓度为0-40 mg/L,脯氨酸质量分数随着镉质量浓度增加而增加,高于该阈值则降低。风车草丙二醛含量和细胞膜透性均大于香根草,香根草脯氨酸质量分数大于风车草,因此香根草耐受镉害的能力较强,其在含镉土壤生态工程修复中具有很好的应用前景。 A hydroponic experiment was carried out to study the effectiveness of malonyldialdehyde,proline,cadmium content,and cellmembrane permeability of Vetiver zizanioides and Cyperus alternifoliu, after treated with different concentrations of cadmium (Cd)solution (0 mg/L, 10 mg/L,30 mg/L,40 mg/L,50 mg/L,60 mg/L).The physiological and biochemical responses and tolerance of Vetiveria zizanioides and Cyperus dternifolius to cadmium stress were investigated to provide a basis for application of Vetiver zizoltioides in repairing cadmium contaminated soil.The results showed that the content of MDA and leaf cell-membrane permeability of Vetiver zizanioides increased under cadmium stress.When the concentration of cadmium was 0-40 mg/L, the proline concentration increased with the increase of the concentration of cadmium, and decreased when the concentration of cadmium was over 40 mg/L.MDA content and cell-membrane permeability of Cyperus alternifoliu were higher than that of Vetiver zizanioides ,proline content of Vetiver zizanioides was greater than Cyperus alternifolius ,so the Vetiver zizanioides's tolerance to cadmium was stronger, and it had good application prospect in ecological restoration project of containing cadmium soil.
