安徽省县域财政科技投入对其经济发展的影响分析

Analysis on Influence of Fiscal Expenditure of Science and Technology on Development of County′s Economy in Anhui Province

县域经济的持续健康发展与财政科技投入密不可分,财政科技投入的逐年增长带动县域科技事业、产业的不断发展,促进科技进步和创新。选取安徽省不同经济发展水平、具有一定代表性的6个县域作为研究对象,运用比较分析法对2009—2012年安徽省县域财政科技投入的数据进行了分析。研究得出,经济发展水平相对较高的县域科技投入的增加对其地区经济生产总值的增长有较大的支撑和带动作用,而经济发展水平相对落后的县域财政科技投入的提高对县域经济增长的影响较小。

Growth of fiscal expenditure on science and technology impetus county＇s development of science and technology of industry ,and promotes scientific and technological progress and innovation.Six representative counties on different levels of economic development in Anhui Province were selected for the study.Uslng comparative analysis method, the data of county＇s fiscal investment in science and technology from 2009 to 2012 was analyzed.It＇ s concluded that the growth of gross domestic product due to increased investment in science and technology for relatively high level of economic development of county played greater support and leading role, but this for county which economic development level was relatively backward had little effect.
