中美两国作为全球碳排放量居前两位的国家,在全球气候治理过程中扮演着重要的角色。中美两国在多方面有着广泛的合作,但又基于各自利益而在技术转让、资金到位等方面存在分歧。本文从全球气候问题入手,深入分析两国在气候领域的合作、分歧及其原因,并根据建构主义学说提出中美未来应对气候变化的合理化建议。

As the top two countries in global carbon emissions, Sino - US Play an important role in the global climate governance process. They have a wide cooperation in many ways, but also have some differences in technology transfer and funds based on their own national interests. Starting from the global climate problem, based on the thorough analysis of cooperation, differences and reasons between the two countries in the field of climate, the paper puts forward rational proposals for future climate change according to the constructivism theory.
