摘要
随着国家就业政策和医药市场就业形势的巨大变化,药学类专业大学毕业生就业的供需结构性矛盾日益凸显。文章结合供应链管理理论,分析指出决定药学类大学生就业面临一定困境的原因主要是高等教育供应链前端和终端运行机制不同,供应链各节点之间缺乏合作协调机制,且前端推动后端的运行模式,进而为构建一条以就业市场为导向并适合药学类大学生就业特点的新型就业供应链模型提供理论基础。
As the employment trend and employment market of pharmaceutical industry has undergone profound changes, pharmacy students’ structural contradiction of employment between supply and demand has become increasingly prominent. This article, based on supply chain management theory, points out that the different operation mechanism of higher education between front -end and the terminal decided pharmacy students ’ employment and it lacks coordination mechanism between various nodes of the supply chain and it is the form of front-end promoting the terminal, could provide a theoretical basis as a guide for building a new employment model of supply chain management, which is suitable for pharmacy students ’ employment characteristics.
