摘要
秸秆固化成型是将农作物收割后产生的秸秆压缩成密度大、便于运输和后续利用的秸秆捆的技术。文章研究的新型增力装置是在传统的曲柄滑块机构基础上演化而来的,在满足使用要求的前提下,确定了增力装置的结构参数,分析了系统的运动情况,建立了系统的力学模型,利用pro/e软件对其进行三维建模以及干涉。通过ADMAS软件对机构进行运动学仿真,将压缩试验得到的应力模型加载到滑块运动过程中,分析了其位移、速度、加速度的变化情况。验证了压缩机构设计尺寸、结构参数的合理性。
The straw solidification molding technology compress a large number of straws produced after harvesting the crop into a kind high density of straw bundle that is easy to be transported and used. A new force boosting device is presented in this paper. It is designed according to the traditional crank slider mechanism. The mechanism parameters about this device are determined on the premise of satisfying the use requirements. With the help of the basic theory of mechanics,the system motion is analyzed and the mechanical model is obtained. The three dimensional model of the booster is established and analyzed by using Pro/E. The kinematics simulation is finished by using the ADMAS. The stress model obtained by the compressing test is loaded into the process of the movement of the slider. The parameter changes including the displacement, velocity and acceleration are analyzed. Finally, the testing results show that the design size and structure parameters are reasonable.
