联合血管重建术治疗成人烟雾病22例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的评估颞浅动脉-大脑中动脉搭桥结合脑-硬膜-肌肉血管融合术(STA-MCA+EDMS)治疗成人烟雾病的临床疗效。方法将我院2011年10月至2013年10月收治的22例成人烟雾病患者作为研究对象,均施行STA-MCA+EDMS术,治疗后随访3个月至2年,将所有患者治疗前后的全脑血管造影(DSA)表现、改良Rankin评分(modified Rankin scale m Rs)及并发症进行比较。结果 22例患者均成功完成手术,术后并发症2例,其中1例为术侧脑梗死,1例为头皮愈合不良,术后3-6个月造影显示吻合口通畅21例。术后3个月神经功能m Rs评分较术前降低。结论 STA-MCA+EDMS术治疗烟雾病患者疗效确切。
