摘要
以某桥式起重机箱型主梁为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件对其进行静态分析,结果表明该起重机静强度以及静刚度均满足设计要求。依据英国标准BS7608,采用FE-SAFE疲劳软件,对主梁翼缘焊缝疲劳寿命进行分析,得出该起重机主梁下翼缘板与主腹板连接处的翼缘焊缝处疲劳寿命最低。并对该处采用不等边角焊缝模型进行对比分析,结果显示适当增加角焊缝一边的长度,且长边位于翼缘板上时,同一焊缝上两条焊趾处的疲劳寿命均有所提高,有助于改善焊接结构件的抗疲劳性能。
Taking a certain box girder of bridge crane as the research object, and using finite element software ANSYS to analyze its static stre.ngth and stiffness, the result shows that the static strength and stiffness meet the design requirements. A ccording to British Standard BS7608, the fatigue life of weld line on the box girder was analysed based on the FE-SAFEfatigue analysis software, the weld line between the lower cover plate and the main web has the minimum fatigue life. The unequal weld line modal was used for comparison analysis, the result shows that fatigue life has increased on the two weld toes when long side was located in the lower cover plate, it contribute to improve the anti-fatigue performance of welded structures.
