液压摆动机架式带钢纠偏系统动态性能研究

摘要 在连续带钢生产线中,机组速度逐年提高,纠偏系统对提高带钢产量和成材率有极其重要的作用。针对一种液压摆动机架式带钢纠偏系统,研究其系统响应速度。从带钢张力不均匀分布的角度说明了带钢跑偏原因和对应的纠偏工作机理,并利用所建立的数学模型、力学分析等方法求解出纠偏时间和带钢跑偏角的数学关系。采用matlab对不同的带钢跑偏角所应对的纠偏时间的计算值和实测值进行偏差分析,从而论证了该数学关系的正确性,还分析了相应的纠偏速率与跑偏角的数学关系,可从中了解该系统的主要动态性能,为同类结构纠偏系统设计和工艺参数调整提供了一些比较重要的参考数据。 In the continuous strip production line, the line speed increases every year, the correction system is very important for the production capacity and yield of strip. Specifw to a kind of the hydraulic pivot rack strip correction system, the response speed of which is studied~ It shows the reason of strip running deviation and the homologous action mechanism of strip correction from the angle of uneven distribution of the strip tension, and the mathematical relationship of the action time and strip running angle is solved by building mathematical structure and force analysis. Then analysis for the deviation between corresponding calculated value and measured value of the action time in the different strip running distribution is carried out by matlab software, and the correctness of the mathematical relationship is demonstrated, analyzing the mathematical relationship between the corresponding correcting rate and the strip running angle makes the main dynamic performance of the system known, which is offered a lot of more important reference data for the design of similar structures of the strip correction system and the adjustment of the process parameters.
