摘要
为精确分析因转动副形位误差而引起的飞剪剪刃间隙变化,对转动副形位误差和剪刃间隙范围之间的关系进行数学建模,并对模型进行分步分析、求解,得到了精确的飞剪剪刃间隙变化图谱,以及剪刃间隙的最值和转动副部件的相应偏心位置角。运用该方法计算、分析了对剪刃间隙影响较大的主要转动副部件。结果表明,转动副形位误差对剪刃间隙的影响较为明显;飞剪剪刃间隙对曲柄转轴与机架之间、曲柄与连杆之间转动副处零部件的形位误差较为敏感。
In order to precisely analyze the blade gap caused by revolute pair's form and position error, it used mathematical modeling to calculate the relationship between revolute pair's form and position error and the range of blade gap, and step by step solve the model. As a result, the variation range of blade gap can be accurately mapped. The maximum and the minimum of the blade gap as well as the revolute pair's eccentric angle can be accurately gotten. Meanwhile, by calculation it analyzes the key revolute pairs that affect the blade gap. The result shows that revolute pair's form and position error affect the blade gap apparently, and the blade gap is sensitive to the form and pasition error of the revohtte pair between the crank shaft and the shear frame as well as the revolute pair between the crank shaft and the connecting rod.
