摘要
在CAD数据模型的基础上,采用有限元分析软件Hyper Works的前处理模块Hyper Mesh建立了某小型客车的整车有限元模型,在显式动力分析软件LS-DYNA环境中对该有限元模型进行了正面100%刚性壁碰撞仿真计算,然后运用后处理模块Hyper View和Hyper Graph分析计算结果,得到了该客车的以下正面碰撞的主要特性:门框的变形分析和B柱下方的加速度分析,并对客车在正面100%刚性壁碰撞过程中的主要变形进行了分析。最后根据分析得到的该客车的碰撞特性,阐述了客车在结构上存在的问题并为设计人员提供参考。
On the basis of the CAD model, used the pre-treatment module HyperMesh of finite element analysis software HyperWorks, the vehicle finite element model of minibus was established, simulated the 100% frontal rigid wall crash with the finite element model in the explicit dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA, then analyzed the results with the post- treatment module HyperView and HyperGraph, the frontal crash major characteristics of minib us was got : deformation analysis of doorframe, acceleration analysis of the bottom B pillars, and analyzed the main deformation of the minibus in the 100% frontal rigid wall crash process. At last according to the crash characteristics of the minibus by analyzing, elaborated the problem of minibus on the structure and provided reference for designers.
