摘要
Q890及以上级别的超高强钢在国内应用越来越广泛。由于该级别钢材有强度极高且碳当量高等特点,使其焊接工艺的制定非常困难。Q890钢具有一定的冷裂倾向,采用BHG-5焊丝焊接时,在热输入量不超过1.472 k J/mm、焊道间温度不超过200℃的条件下,焊缝金属的综合力学性能能够满足Q890钢板的焊接技术要求;同时焊后热处理对焊接接头焊缝金属的力学性能有较大影响,推荐焊后热处理温度不超过480℃。
In recent years,Q890 and above levels of the ultra-high strength steel have been used widely in domestic. Due to extrastrength and higher carbon equivalent,it is very difficult to make the welding process. Q890 steel has a certain tendency to cold cra eking, using BHG-5 wire welding,under the conditions that the heat input does not exceed 1.472 kJ/mm,between the bead temperature does not exceed 200 ~C,the comprehensive mechanics performance of the weld metal can meet Q890 steel plate welding technical requirement ; at the same time, heat treatment 'after welding of the welding joint has a great influence on mechanical properties of weld metal,weld heat treatment is recommended after the temperature does not exceed 480 ℃.
