The outline of Guangzhou Hongcheng square engineering looks like paddling double fishes,the bionic tree nodes in it adopting rare full welded joints.This paper imroduces research and application of the manufacture process on it,which contains the control of pipe wall in hot bending,the technolog＇y of line cutting to intersection pipe curve,the process technology of hyperboloidal plate,to provide a valuable reference for the study of manufacture process on special-shaped bionic tree node in future.
