摘要
基于当前机器人焊接在汽车制造业中的应用状况,结合安川首钢机器人有限公司项目案例概述了双联体H型机器人焊接站系统的优化设计,该系统设计在机器人选择、安全房操作工位布置、电气控制、安全防护等方面做到了低配置、高性能,经济性突出,应用前景广阔。
Based on the current application of the Robot welding in the automobile industry,combining with Yaskawa Shougang robot projects,the optimal design of twin conjoined H robot welding station system is discussed in this paper. This system is designed from the aspects of robot selection, safety house and operation station arrangement,electrical eontrol, safety protection and so on. It finally obtains low configuration, high performance, outstanding economy, and has the broad application prospect.
