摘要
基于MAG焊接方法对水轮机抗磨板用Cr13型马氏体不锈钢进行焊接,焊接材料为E309LT1-1药芯焊丝,采用以下4组混合气体作为保护气体进行焊接对比试验:φ(Ar)97.5%+φ(CO2)2.5%、φ(Ar)95%+φ(CO2)5%、φ(Ar)90%+φ(CO2)10%、φ(Ar)80%+φ(CO2)20%,焊接接头经过RT探伤后,通过力学性能、金相和显微硬度试验分析不同保护气体组成对焊接接头质量的影响。结果表明,在CO2含量为2.5%、5%和20%时,在焊缝中发现了明显缺陷,而当气体组成为φ(Ar)90%+φ(CO2)10%时,接头没有发现缺陷,焊缝成形良好,达到了力学性能要求。
The Crl3-type martensitic stainless steel for the facing plate of hydraulic turbine using MAG welding method is investigated. The welding material is E309LT1-1 flux-cored wire. The welding contrast experiment is conducted with four different shielding gases: φ ( Ar )97.5 +φ ( CO2)2.5% ,φ ( Ar )95%+φ ( CO2 )5%,φ ( Ar )90%+φ (CO2) 10%,φ( Ar )80%+φ ( CO2 )20%. Welding joints 'after RT detection,analyze the different effect of shielding gas composition on the welding joint performance by mechanical properties, metallographic and micro-hardness tests, The result indicates that,weld defect is found apparently wilh 2.5% ,5% and 20%CO2 as shielding gas. Weld joint with good properties can be obtained with φ(Ar)90%+tp(CO2) 10% as shielding gas, and appearance of weld is good.
