Discussion of welding technology of bimetallic composite plate equipment

焊接是双金属复合板设备生产制造的关键环节,为保证复合板设备安全运行,在复合板设备生产制造过程中,必须根据其特有的结构及性能制定科学合理的工艺及措施,包括焊前准备、焊接、无损检测、缺陷返修等工序。就复合板设备制造的焊接工艺、技术措施进行探讨。

Welding is the key point in the manufacturing process of bimetallic composite plate equipment. During the process, in order to ensure the safety operation,the proper welding process and solutions based on the special structure and properties of the manufacturing process,including preparation before welding,welding,nondestructive testing（NDT）, defect repair and so on. The wehting process and technology measures of bimetallic composite plate equipment manufacturing are studied and discussed in this paper.
