机器人与数字化焊机DeviceNet通信适配器的设计

摘要 ABB机器人采用Device Net进行数据通信,数字化焊机采用RS232进行数据通信,两者存在不匹配问题。设计了一款通信适配器,采用Device Net仅限组2方式完成机器人通信数据的收发,并转换成RS232数据通信格式,以达到与焊机之间的数据交换和协议转换。该通信适配器把机器人发来的Device Net报文转换成电焊机接收端的信号,并将电焊机发来的信号转换成Device Net报文发给机器人。给出Device Net通信适配器的硬件逻辑图和软件框图,使用CANalyst-II分析仪对通信过程进行了分析。结果表明,该适配器具有机器人和电焊机之间的数据交换功能。 DevieeNet and RS232 are respectively used in ABB robot and digital welding machine for data communication ,so there is a mismatching between them. In order to achieve the protocol conversion and data exchange,a communication adapter is designed, which uses DeviceNet Group 2 Only to complete the transceiving of robot communication data,and transform it into RS232 data communication format. Using the communication adapter,the DeviceNet message from robot can be converted into the signal of receiving end in welder,and the signal from welder can be converted into DeviceNet message and be sent to the robot. In this paper, DeviceNet communication adapter's logic diagram of the hardware and block diagram of the software are presented,and the communication process is analyzed by using CANalyst-Ⅱ analyzer. The results show that the adapter can achieve data exchange between welder and robot.
