摘要
研究了不同氩弧焊(TIG)焊接工艺参数对15Cr Mo耐热钢管焊缝成形的影响,分析了焊接接头的组织形貌及显微硬度。研究结果表明,15Cr Mo钢管对接焊时,随着焊接电流增大,高温停留时间增长接头组织越粗,接头硬度逐渐降低。
The effects of different GTAW (TIG)welding process parameters on the welding joints of 15CrMo heat resistant steel pipe were studied. The micro-structure and hardness of welded joints were analyzed.The results show that,with the welding current increasing, the residence time of high temperature increases, the joint organization gets thicker and the hardness of joints gradually reduces.
