摘要
教师工作满意度是教师对所从事的职业、工作条件与状况的一种总体感受和态度。它与教学质量的提升、学生的成长发展、教师自身专业的发展、教师职业选择的稳定性以及教师自身的身心健康有着非常密切的联系。本研究采用文献法、调查法、观察法对陕南某镇幼儿教师工作满意度的现状进行调查分析研究,并针对性的从政府、幼儿园、教师三个方面提出改善幼儿教师工作满意度的对策和建议。
A teacher's satisfaction to his job means an overall feeling and attitude to his career. This satisfaction has a very close relationship with these things as follows: the improvement of teaching quality, the students~ development, the improvement of teacher's profession, the teaching efficiency sense, the level of teacher's contribution to his career, and the stability of the teaching job and the teacher's physical and mental health. This paper took a research on the preschool teachers in Wuli Town, Ankang City, and then got a conclusion what influenced a rural preschool teacher's job satisfaction. It mostly contains the salary, the opportunities of promotion and the school's environment. This paper also gave some sugges- tions on increasing the satisfaction of preschool teachers.
