对民办转公办幼儿园现状的思考——以广州民办转公办幼儿园为例

The Problems and the Prospective of Private Kindergartens Transformation to Public Ones in Guangzhou

民转公幼儿园是指随着《国十条》的颁布,各地纷纷出现的从民办转为公办的幼儿园。民转公幼儿园在一定程度上缓解了入园难、入园贵的问题,但这些幼儿园也面临着较多的问题,主要体现在幼儿园的环境创设不尽人意、教学的规范性不够、师资队伍建设遭遇瓶颈等问题。要提升民转公幼儿园保教质量,真正促进在园幼儿与教师的发展,必须有针对性地解决上述问题。

Transformation of private kindergartens to public ones has been undertaking in full swing after ＂Ten National Notice＂ taken effect. To a certain extent, they are helpful to re^lve these problems of ＂difficult to go to the kindergarten＂ and ＂too expensive to go to the kindergarten＂. Due to their special background, these kindergar- tens are still confronted with numerous problenxs, which mainly include poor environment, low teaching standard and inefficient teaching staff. The successful transformation of private kindergartens to public ones and their healthy development of rely greatly on the proper solutions to the above problerrrs. Solutions include： to construct children--oriented environment which is reasonable and humanistic; to enhance the level of normalization in child care and child education; to raise teacher treatment and to introduce relevant policies.
