摘要 中小学教师培训体制机制创新关系到培训效果与培训目标的实现。培训体制机制的创新有其必要性。要在构建体制机制创新的总体思路指引下,有重点地对培训广度与深度、教师需求与培训内容、培训评估与训后指导等体制,参训对象遴选、授课内容、考核评价、资源生成、训后跟踪指导等机制进行重点创新,以体制机制创新促进中小学教师培训持续、健康、高效发展。 Innovation on teachers' training system and mechanism has its necessity, which should be based on the governmental guidance with deeply and widely creation and the training content meet the skillful needs of teachers. This paper talks about the keys to the innovation of system and mechanism and how to pursue a sustained, healthy, high--efficient development of primary and secondary school teachers ' training program.
