摘要
某工程总建筑面积为46988m^2,地下1层,层高4.7m,主体采用密勒框架梁结构和菱镁一次性模壳施工技术,据实际荷载计算模壳大小尺寸,由厂家统一流水线生产,施工中通过合理设计施工工序及对模壳保障措施,节省工程造价达到27.5%,工期提前58d,同时混凝土和钢筋用量也有大幅降低。
A project covers a gross building area of 46,988m2 and the floor height of the basement is 4.7m. Dense ribbed frame beam structure and magnesium one-off shell construction techniques were adopted in construction of the main building structure. The size of the shell was calculated according to the practical load and then was produced in mass by the manufacturer. Reasonable design of construction sequence and shell safety measures successfully saved 27.5% of the construction cost, completed the project 58 days before the schedule and obviously reduced the consumption of concrete and steel bar.
